El presidente de la Diputación de Alicante, Carlos Mazón, ha visitado esta mañana las obras de restauración y conservación que la institución está acometiendo en el Castillo de Planes, unos trabajos que han permitido sacar a la luz un jetón del Ducado de Parma del siglo XVI. Descubierta en el mortero de la Torre Norte, esta moneda, que era utilizada en la época como un pagaré, tiene un gran valor arqueológico.
Los trabajos de restauración, que estarán concluidos en un plazo de seis meses aproximadamente, cuentan con una aportación provincial de 175.00 euros, que se suman a los 600.000 euros...
